First floor

A large dining table sits beneath overhead lighting, creating a great spot for shared meals. Set just back from the living space is a modern, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home, plus a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
One of the highlights of the home is the large south-facing balcony, accessed via wide French doors from the living room.
