This house is located a few metres from one of the most charming coves of the Costa Brava, Sa Tuna.
The house, although completely refurbished, was an old fishermen's house where the sailors of our coasts had their refuge. It has an old charm, a marine charm with details of the old fishermen of the cove. This house belongs to the last fisherman of Sa Tuna. The present owner, like his father and grandfather, has always lived with many years of history.
Close to the beach, but away from the summer noise, the excellent location of the house has allowed them to develop their main activity, fishing and life in the open air. Thus, fully rooted to this small cove, they have created full and happy families. Llorens and his family live on the upper floor of the house, ready to help and collaborate in everything that is necessary, which makes the flat even more recommendable.
The flat is on one floor. It is located in a pedestrian alley full of plants and flowers, but there are some stairs in the street to access it. Not so many as to impede access to a pram but enough to constitute an architectural barrier for people with reduced mobility.
Once inside, the sensation of being in a unique place, so much lived and so special invades you and transports you to a time not so long ago, very familiar and cosy.
The house has three bedrooms with two double beds and a last one with two single beds. It also has a complete bathroom.
An idyllic and peaceful place to spend your holidays surrounded by the magic of the Costa Brava.
