Living and dining area designed for comfort and togetherness. Large patio doors fill the space with natural light and strengthen the connection between indoors and outdoors.

The dining area opens onto a large terrace where a big wooden table invites long outdoor lunches and relaxed evening gatherings with open views of the mountains. Right next to the living area, the bright and practical kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and is designed to make family cooking or gatherings with friends easy.

The interiors combine comfort with personality. Original 1960s furniture pieces have been carefully preserved, bringing authentic Mediterranean charm and warmth to the spaces, while the kitchen and bathroom have been tastefully renovated to offer modern comforts.

The house has three bedrooms in total and can accommodate up to six guests (two double beds and one bunk bed), as well as WiFi and a fan in each bedroom. Although there is no air conditioning, the natural setting and natural ventilation help maintain a pleasant temperature during the warmer months.

Garden and pool

The true essence of the property lies outdoors. A large, slightly wild Mediterranean garden surrounds the apartment and offers forest views and a very peaceful setting. Mature trees and natural vegetation create a sense of calm and privacy, ideal for switching off from the pace of daily life.
