Surrounded by the magnificent pine forests of Begur, the property offers direct access to a network of scenic walking and cycling paths that lead through the countryside toward the beautiful beaches of Sa Riera and Pals.
Ground Floor
Inside the villa, guests will find a bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated living-dining area designed for comfort and conviviality. The generous dining table comfortably seats ten people, making it ideal for long shared meals and memorable evenings with family and friends. The living area features a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV and large openings that connect seamlessly with the outdoor porch, offering relaxing views over the lush garden and sparkling private pool. The house is equipped with high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi with signal boosters, ensuring a reliable and fast internet connection throughout the entire property.
For quieter moments, the villa also includes a charming reading corner with a comfortable armchair, creating a peaceful spot to unwind with a good book. In addition, there is a practical office area with a desk, ideal for guests who may need to work remotely or for students who need a comfortable place to study or complete schoolwork during their stay.
The fully equipped and generously sized kitchen has been designed to satisfy even the most enthusiastic home cooks. Next to the porch, guests will find a fully equipped summer kitchen with sink and gas barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious outdoor meals.
At the heart of the garden lies the beautiful private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters, featuring an internal staircase for easy and safe access.
