Large villa in Begur with private swimming pool. Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the scenic road leading to the beautiful cove of Sa Tuna, this inviting two-storey home is a peaceful and practical retreat. I deal for families looking to enjoy the natural beauty of the Costa Brava. With off road parking for two cars.
Ground Floor
A set of steps leads you up to the main terrace where the front garden is located. There is a path that leads you to the front door. As you walk through the front door you are welcomed into a space with lots of light which opens into an open plan dining area, with a solid wooden table and soft overhead lighting, perfect for family meals, games, or long chats over breakfast. Along one wall there is large French windows open straight onto the main terrace, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor living.
To the left, the well-equipped kitchen is large enough for family cooking and offers everything you need, including a coffee machine, a wide hob and oven, and lovely garden views. As the end of the ground floor area there is a cozy living room with soft sofas and a TV creates a perfect space for movie nights or winding down together other a day at the beach.
First Floor
Upstairs, all the bedrooms are located along a central hallway with individual air con units to keep things cool in the warmer months. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and one has two single beds. French doors in every room open out to a long balcony, a quiet place for people to enjoy a peaceful moment. On this floor has two family-friendly bathrooms one with a bath and shower, and a larger one with a walk-in shower and twin sinks.
